Starting this summer, caregivers can add themselves to their loved ones’ Uber profiles, enabling them to request and monitor rides as well as apply eligible health benefits for payment. Initially, caregivers will be able to order and track rides for care recipients, and by the end of 2024, they’ll also have the option to order groceries through Uber Eats. This initiative aims to simplify logistics and ensure that caregivers can focus on providing care and connection for their loved ones.
