George Padula CFA®, CFP® is a Principal and Wealth Manager of Modera Wealth Management, LLC. He specializes in small business owners, college planning, retirement planning, endowments and foundations and charitable giving. In addition, George also serves as Modera's Chief Investment Officer. Before joining Modera, George spent ten years at Danforth Associates, an investment advisory firm, serving as president from October 2004 to July 2008. While there, he was responsible for developing and directing multifaceted wealth strategies for high net worth clients and providing leadership and expertise on investment strategies, markets and economic trends. George Padula holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst® certification and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. George’s professional affiliations include the Financial Planning Association (FPA), National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the Boston Security Analysts Society, the Boston Estate Planning Council and CFA® Institute. George is an adjunct faculty member at Boston University teaching Investments in its Financial Planning Program. Through a partnership with the FPA of Massachusetts and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, George provides pro bono financial planning services to cancer patients and their families.
